Hi, I'm Aleesa Schlup, LPC, LPCC (she/her), an independently licensed professional clinical counselor in the states of Ohio and Texas, with a telehealth designation in Florida. I graduated with a masters in clinical mental health counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary in Ashland, Ohio in 2019.
I am a certified EMDR therapist who helps individuals work through traumatic memories of any magnitude, resulting in a release of anxiety, irritability, and depression, among other symptoms. I also work with people going through spiritual transitions and who are processing spiritual and religious abuse. I am also trained in Exposure and Response Prevention, commonly used to treat Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
